Position Description

The Project Manager is accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of agreed/ identified solutions to its global customers via onsite/ offshore delivery model as well as domestic customers via its local Indian team.

The Project Manager is responsible for the people management and delivery management.

The Project Manager’s goals are:

  1. Efficient use of the team’s members (utilization and billability rates).
  2. High Customer satisfaction level
    1. Deliver High-Quality deliverables on time.
    2. Ensure repeat business.
  3. Teamenablement – Build a team that can ramp up quickly to deliver with high professional standards with effective recruitment and training processes.

The Project Manager reports to the Director

Primary Responsibilities

The Project Manager will have responsibility for all on-site/offshore delivery work as defined by the engagement (SoW)with the Customer. This activity will involve working closely with the on-site teams to ensure that proper expectations are set with the teams/Customers and proper resource planning is done.

  • Project Estimation: Carry out Cost, Time, and Effort estimation.
  • Resource Planning: Proactively oversee and manage (with the Resource Manager) the staffing needs for proposals, client projects, and special internal requests, while balancing client needs, firm strategies, skills development, work-life flexibility, and mobility considerations.
  • Monitoring and improving the usage of resource management systems and processes and working to ensure systems are continually updated with comprehensive, accurate, and current data for trending, attainment, forecasting, and capacity planning, and that all resource management processes are being followed.
  • Risk Management: The project manager should identify the unanticipated risks that may occur during project development risk, analyze the damage that might cause these risks, and take a risk reduction plan to cope with these risks.
  • Miscellaneous plans: This includes making several other plans such as quality assurance plans, configuration management plans, etc.
  • Lead the Team and keep the team members motivated. Liaison between the client and the implementation team and facilitate the delivery processes.
  • Project control, motoring, reviewing, and reporting.
  • Assist the Director with the development of a strategy for continuous improvement of service quality and delight internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and develop the work model and processes for an efficient offshore delivery model.
  • Direct the delivery of offshore implementation services for global projects with a high level of customer satisfaction. Work to achieve on-time, on-budget, high-quality implementations.
  • Serve as the first escalation point for the Project.
  • Work to fulfill working as per the client's needs.

 

Required Skills/Experience

  • BE/ BTech in Computer Science or Equivalent.MS/MBA is an advantage
  • Should have prior experience in implementing ERP, WFM, or any mission-critical Application in an offshore delivery model, working globally - must.
  • Manage a P&L of at least 1-3 million USD in the IT industry with 8-12 years of total experience.
  • PMP/ Prince certification would be preferred. Knowledge of the Agile process would be a big plus.
  • Hands-on experience in people management tools and utilizing the team efficiently.
  • Excellent Leadership and communication skills, effective conflict management skills, flexible and positive attitude
  • Responsible for end-to-end proposals, estimation, resource planning, onsite-offshore delivery model and profitability, corporate reviews, and audits.
  • Good understanding of commercial aspects of IT outsourcing business.
  • Ability to engage clients at the CXO level to highlight business and value propositions in a consultative manner.

Position Description Inzuscene is seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating a productive and harmonious work environment for our employees, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and supporting the overall efficiency of the company. As an Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing office operations and coordinating with office team members. Primary Responsibilities
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the Director by coordinating with him and checking his calendar
  • Coordinate with the Team members for various things on behalf of the director
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Raise performa/invoices and orders
  • Coordinate with employees and travel agency for the travel needs
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Assist in the recruitment process
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
Requirements and skills
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Position Description

As a senior member of Inzuscene, the Solution Architect is a key player in an exciting, customer interfacing role that couples technical and customer relationship skills to successfully implement Service Management products offered e.g., IFS FSM and PSO.

The Solution Architect role involves understanding the unique characteristics of the scheduling problems faced by customers, suggesting solutions to achieve business results using the chosen products (or help client choose a product in pre-sales phase), and implementing these solutions.  Other responsibilities include solution conceptualization, design, implementation, maintenance, and interaction with other organizations (Pre/Sales, Integration, ERP) during the project life cycle.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to translate the customer business requirements into a working solution using IFS FSM and PSO
  • Should have worked on at least 2 end to end PSO implementation projects and 2 FSM implementations
  • Provide technical assistance and supervision to other project team members.
  • Design the scheduling application functionally, workflow, business rules, and algorithms based on the product framework.
  • Design the integration of FSM & PSO products with various systems such as customer interaction systems and ERP (e.g. IFS Apps, BAAN, PeopleSoft, SAP) and augmented reality products
  • Lead the solution delivery team(s) to develop best of breed integrated scheduling solutions.

 

Required Skills/Experience

  • S./M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Practitioner Certification for FS FSM and PSO
  • At least 7 years hands-on design & development experience in the implementation of enterprise commercial business applications (including system integration).
  • At least 5 years’ experience of working with .NET, C#, XML, JavaScript, JSON, REST/ SOAP API
  • Experience on android/ iOS mobile application would be an added advantage
  • Experience with Oracle, MS SQL-Server, and MS operating systems.
  • Experience with development of Web-based business applications, using XML, XSL, JavaScript.
  • Strong desire to work both in design and in 'hands-on' implementation modes in the delivery of FSM/WFM solutions.
  • Agile & SCRUM practitioner
